The views of Monument Valley are breathtaking, especially from the patio. The restaurant service was slow during busy times. Definitely check out the guided cultural tours for a unique experience.

The room had two large, comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious, and the small front porch offered a stunning view of Monument Valley. Temperature control was efficient, keeping us cozy during the night. Noise levels were mostly low, though we did experience some disturbances from neighboring rooms. The kitchenette featured a nice-sized refrigerator and a microwave, which was convenient despite the lack of a cooktop. the hairdryer fell off the wall unexpectedly. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, the smoking policy could be better enforced as cigarette smoke seeped in from below.

There’s a full kitchen in the cottage, which is great if you want to cook your meals. The staff was super helpful in recommending local tours, making it easy to explore the area.
It was quite pricey, but worth it for the experience.

The view from our room was amazing, especially during sunrise. Food at the restaurant was disappointing and service was slow. Make sure to check out the Navajo cultural classes if you get the chance.

The stay was disappointing; the AC was deafening, making sleep impossible. The outdated room felt grimy, with dirty carpets and an unclean bathroom. Despite paying a premium, the experience left a lot to be desired—definitely not worth it.

Incredible views of Monument Valley from our spacious suite, complete with a kitchenette and living area. The staff was friendly, and early check-in was a nice surprise. Dining at the restaurant was enjoyable, though service was a bit slow. leaving our room wide open while we were away was unsettling, especially since nobody seemed to care when we expressed concerns about security. The electric car charging situation was a hassle, adding hours to our travel. Beautiful scenery made up for some shortcomings, but I left feeling a mix of awe and apprehension.

The view of the sunrise was absolutely stunning, worth waking up early for! The hotel staff was also nice and the pool was a great plus after a day of exploring. The small cinema and movie decor added a fun touch to the stay.
The room was disappointing, with outdated beddings and walls that needed some serious attention. There was a concerning lack of security as our room was left unlocked and open with our belongings exposed.

The indoor pool is the perfect place for a refreshing dip after a day of trails. The history and film connections here are fascinating. The convenience store's food court was a delightful surprise.
The loud air conditioner was a real lullaby at bedtime.

The cabins offer stunning views of Monument Valley right from your porch, allowing for peaceful mornings watching the sunrise and quiet evenings under the stars, with just a short drive of less than 10 minutes to the entrance of Monument Valley that lets you easily explore the majestic landscapes; also, having a full kitchen in the cabin was super convenient for preparing meals, and you can find friendly staff ready to help you plan your visits to the nearby trading post museum and local attractions. One thing could be improved though: the diner staff seemed overwhelmed when we visited.

The view from the room patio was stunning, with a definitive look of the valley. Being able to witness the changing light from morning to evening was mesmerizing. The guided tour by a knowledgeable Navajo guide was exceptional, allowing access to parts of the valley not usually open to the public.
The check-in process felt chaotic, causing some confusion.

Stunning views of Monument Valley. The location is a highlight—close to a gas station with great prices and a convenience store. The room was comfortable, featuring two large beds and a nice layout, perfect for relaxation. there was an unfortunate power outage during my stay, leading to lack of water and closed facilities. That was frustrating. The restaurant could improve with more diverse options, especially for dietary preferences. Service was lacking—staff seemed indifferent. While the resort architecture is appealing, cleanliness is a concern. Communication at the front desk was slow and unhelpful. This destination has potential, but essential improvements are needed for a seamless experience.

Awesome views of Monument Valley - perfect sunrise selfies! Got to chill at the Lodge's restaurant and even caught a cool movie night! Super convenient location for exploring. Taking on those iconic landmarks like Mike and Harry was EPIC!
Could use some more late-night options for us party animals! How about a fun dance floor or a cool hangout spot for young peeps looking to keep the energy up past sunset?

Visiting the famous spots like Monument Valley feels like stepping into a classic Western film! The LaFont family's property with stunning views and rich local history immerses you in the iconic American and Navajo culture.
My children wished for a designated kids' play area.

It felt more like a cozy chalet with a large kitchen and living area, perfect for our family of five. The fantastic views from our veranda added to the charm of the accommodation. we did encounter a few drawbacks during our stay. The room had a musty smell and the shower was quite old, with drainage issues that made it difficult for my wife to take a proper shower. When we brought these concerns to the reception, the response was lackluster, lacking the expected customer service we hoped for in a $258 per night room. On the bright side, the location of the lodge was truly amazing, offering breathtaking views of Monument Valley. The detached cabins provided ample space, cleanliness, and friendly staff members who made us feel welcome. One major inconvenience was the initial room assignment we received, situated far from the main hotel near a car wash. This unexpected placement was disappointing and not at all what we expected for our vacation. After expressing our dissatisfaction, we were eventually moved to a better location within the lodge. while the on-site diner was busy and service was a bit slow, the food quality was decent. The lodge's prices were on the higher side, which was expected given the remote location but still worth noting. Goulding's Lodge offers a unique and picturesque setting for exploring Monument Valley, with friendly staff and spacious accommodations.

Our stay at this hidden gem in Monument Valley was absolutely incredible. The spacious and clean cabin provided breathtaking views from the front patio, where we witnessed a gorgeous sunrise over Monument Valley. The proximity to essential services like the gas station, mini market, and gift shop was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and additional bedroom in the mini cabin. The whole experience was made even better by the friendly staff and the overall charm of the place.
Limited dining options. The restaurant could use a revamp and a more extensive menu.

I chose Goulding's Lodge for its convenient location near Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, but was pleasantly surprised by the on-site convenience store with a food court offering delicious pizza, espresso drinks, and more. The ability to pick up camping essentials and enjoy a rug-weaving demonstration made my stay even more enjoyable.
Front desk staff needs improvement.

The accommodation was spacious with a balcony and a partial view of Monument Valley. Clean room and comfortable bed. Convenient on-site grocery store and gas station. Great location, with the option to book tours.
Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.
